Clinics in Grande Goave
The team has just finished 2 full days of clinics in Grande Goave - we saw over 250 patients & had a great time!

I was at Heart to Heart in September with the engineering team. Your post made me smile, because the little guy in the blue polo in the 6th picture down came up to me and let me know he wanted his photo taken. He then proceeded to take great joy in running away and evading my every attempt to photograph him and then starting the whole thing over again. His antics and silly laughter gave me joy.
Either the photographer of your photo was very stealthy or had better photographic persuasion skills than I do:)
